To obtain a digital nomad visa in Spain, the following requirements must be met:

1. Prove with a certificate from the company that the work activity can be done telematically.
2. Financial means. An employment contract of at least 2,646 euros per month (double SMI) must be accredited.
3. Have public or private health insurance with an insurance company authorized to operate in Spain.
4. Not have a criminal record in Spain and in the country of origin or in the countries in which he/she has resided during the last five years.
5. Proof that the company where you work has a minimum of 1 year and economic solvency.
