Application for ‘arraigo’ status
for formation in Spain

The following requirements must be fulfilled in order to apply for the arraigo para la formación:

1. Commit to undertake formation of at least 200 hours.
2. Not have a criminal record in Spain and in the country of origin or in the countries in which he/she has resided during the last five years.
3. Proof of continuous residence in Spain for a minimum period of two years. To prove continuous residence, documentation must be provided, such as: census registration, medical visits, bank certificates, etc.
