Process for applying for
Arraigo laboral in Spain

In order to be able to apply for Arraigo Laboral in Spain, the following requirements must be met:

1. Proof of the existence of legal employment relationships in the last two years. With a minimum of 30 hours per week for at least 6 months. Or 15 hours per week for one year.
2. Not have a criminal record in Spain and in the country of origin or in the countries in which he/she has resided during the last five years.
3. Proof of continuous residence in Spain for a minimum period of two years. To prove continuous residence, documentation must be provided, such as: census registration, medical visits, bank certificates, etc.
